Nancy Lopez, a member of the LPGA Hall of Fame, did so much to help bring women's golf to the level it is at today. She was a dominant force on the LPGA during her career with 48 career victories. With the exception of 1986, in every year from 1978 to 1989, she won at least 2 tournaments. I'm guessing the birth of her daughter in 1986 may have had something to do with her only appearing in 4 tournaments that year.
