Ed "Too Tall" Jones played 15 years for the Dallas Cowboys. The defensive end played in 3 Super Bowls and was a member of the 1978 Super Bowl Championship team. He took a year off from football in an attempt to pursue a boxing career in 1979. Although he was undefeated that year, he decided to return to the NFL in 1980. He was named All-Pro in 1981 and 1982.
