All of our golf items (including PGA & LPGA golf cards, golf (auto) autograph cards, and golf memorabilia items) are listed alphabetically by player (cards & memorabilia) or by company (golf card packs & boxes). On multi-player cards, they are listed alphabetically by the first player listed. Unless noted, all cards are in NrMt to MT condition.
Upper Deck produced golf cards from 2001 to 2005. Tiger Woods rookie and rookie auto cards are in the innaugral 2001 Upper Deck golf issues. Since golf cards were not produced since the 1991 Pro Set Golf issue, many of the golfers have their "rookie cards" in this 2001 Upper Deck set, including - Sergio Garcia, David Duval, Retief Goosen, Mike Weir, and David Toms.
Phil Mickelson, the 2nd biggest name in professional golf, has his rookie and rookie auto cards in the 2002 Upper Deck issues. Apparently, he did not sign a contract with Upper Deck until 2002. And for what ever reason, he does not appear on any cards after this year.
In 2003, Upper Deck started to include LPGA golfers in their sets. Since this was the first major issue for the women golfers, all of the ladies included in the 2003 issues would have their "rookie cards" in these sets. This would include veterans like Nancy Lopez, Juli Inkster, Annika Sorenstam, and Karrie Webb, as well as many of the younger stars such as Natalie Gulbis, Christie Kerr, and the current #1 women's golfer in the world, Lorena Ochoa.
