Welcome to Nikkei Sports Collection

We hope to become your favorite source for sports collectibles, featuring sports trading cards and memorabilia of all your favorite athletes from all the major sports.  Since we are a small company, we don't have huge inventories of anything and everything.  However, we will try to keep items in inventory that will appeal to most collectors young and old.  If you don't see what you want, just let us know and we'll try to find it for you.

The primary items we carry will be autographed (auto) baseball, basketball, golf, and other sports & entertainment cards.  Unless specifically noted, ALL of the AUTO Cards listed on this website are certified by the companies that issue such cards.  We also will carry non-auto sports and entertainment cards, as well as memorabilia items. 

We will have a special emphasis on the following:

1)  Sports Heroes - past & present.  We will carry items of many of the popular players in each sport (Baseball, Basketball, & a little Football and Hockey).  This means we will be offering cards (vintage and new) and memorabilia of such athletes as Wilt Chamberlain, Bill Russell, Michael Jordan, LeBron James, Tiger Woods, Annika Sorenstam, Joe Montana, Willie Mays, Bob Feller, Stan Musial, Ken Griffey Jr., & Albert Pujols, to name just a few.

2)  Local Sports Heroes.  As we are located on the West Coast, specifically in Southern California, we will carry a lot of items dedicated to those players and teams of this area:  Dodgers, Angels, Lakers, Clippers, Rams, Raiders, USC, & UCLA. Some players will include:  Sandy Koufax, Duke Snider, Maury Wills, Elgin Baylor, Jerry West, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Magic Johnson, Kobe Bryant, Bill Walton, Jamaal Wilkes, Deacon Jones, Marcus Allen, & other local favorites.  We will have a good selection of vintage graded cards as well as the high in-demand current autographed cards of these players in all price ranges.

3)  Nikkei Sports / Entertainment Stars.  As our name suggests, we will try to also empahsize the availability of cards (especially auto cards) and memorabilia of all your favoirite Japanese athletes past and present.  These include the following athletes:  Baseball - Masanori Murakami, Hideo Nomo, Ichiro Suzuki, Hideki Matsui, Tadahito Iguchi, Akinori Otsuka, Kenji Johjima, Takashi Saito; Basketball - Yuta Tabuse; Golf - Shigeki Maruyama; Tennis - Ai Sugiyama.  Also, we're always looking for cards / memorabilia of past and present Japanese Americans represented in sport:  Baseball - Lenn Sakata, Atlee Hammaker, Travis Ishikawa, Kurt Suzuki, Wally Yonamine; Olympics - Apolo Ohno (he has an auto card in the 2004 Donruss baseball set).  We'll also keep an eye out for Nikkei stars from the entertainment world, too.  Let us know who you're looking for and we'll try to find their items.
